We used Love Shutter for both our Engagement Session and on our Wedding. Let me just say, my husband and I will be customers for life.
These are not just photographers they are: genuine, hard working and caring people who, I felt, I really shared my experience with. I am not one to give glowing reviews about anything, as I am a perfectionist. However, no matter how prepared I thought I was, the Love Shutter team did their homework. They thought about things I could have never planned for. Like the weather, when the sun would go down and even brought extra lighting for our evening wedding, just as a precaution. I knew I loved them, but I knew I made the right decision when my wedding guests commented on how amazing the photographers were (before and after the wedding). On my Big Day, Briana kept me at ease and Ron kept the groomsmen in check…all while having a blast! They captured our entire day and when looking at our photos, people who were unable to attend could feel like they were there.
Obviously, I’m forgetting to mention the most important part…the photos!! Love Shutter captured every beautiful moment at our wedding and made my entire family feel comfortable (even those that hate photos). There are not enough words to express how thankful I am that we chose them. I still have people asking me how I found them or if they can have extra copies, post on facebook, etc. One cousin actually mentioned going over the photos one by one just to relive the wedding itself. I hope this review helps!!

We started out as a couple who had no idea how to pose or where to stand but by the end of our wedding day it didn’t matter. The Love Shutter Crew made taking photos to remember our special day as simple as possible. Their attention to details and the small things that meant the most were incredible! We have used them for our Engagement and Wedding… Next will be our additions in the future

My fiance and I had our engagement photos taken last weekend by Ron Randle of Love Shutter. He was so professional and fun and made the experience SO comforting and easy. He made us laugh and feel at ease every step of the way – and that got us some GREAT authentic laughing shots! We had our photos taken at Freedom Park, which could end up being really cheesy and obvious, but Ron knew all of these hidden places that made it so unique and it didn’t even look like the commercial park that we all know. I think overall, my favorite part was that Ron sent us 4 sneak peak shots the very next day!! We could see instantly that he had captured some phenomenal shots of us and our relationship. We had been itching to see how they turned out and received that wonderful gift which held us over until they were all completed. Our turn around time was only a week, which I know may not always be the case, but it was FANTASTIC for us! So nice to not have to wait forever! Very, very pleased with the quality of pictures, the overall feel of the shoot, and the turn around time. All in all, a wonderful experience with Love Shutter!

It’s pretty safe to say that I don’t like many people upon meeting them. Ron and Briana came to our home and made us feel like long term friends from the get go. They are truly great people. They whole family aspect of the company was so impressing to me. As soon as we met them they made us feel so comfortable . From my bridal session to the big day they were such a pleasure to work with. We have received and endless amount of compliments on our photos and the personalities of both of our photographers. We were lucky enough to have had them have worked with the vendors for our ceremony and reception previously, and of course they had nothing but great things as well. As soon as I saw their website I immediately fell in love with their style. I highly recommend them to anyone. They truly made all of the stress that goes into such an important day worth while.
We now have those moments to look at and cherish for the rest of our lives. Every moment in our special day was captured beautifully. It is truly a blessing to have found them and we will definitely call upon them for and photography needs we have in the future.

There is without a doubt incredible talent in Ron and Briana’s photography but they also have an amazing gift with people. There is no hiding the passion this duo has for photographing the most special moments in couple’s life. We recently had our engagement shoot with Love Shutter Photography and it was so much fun, we left wanting to do it again! How many people can really say that? They were able to take our ideas and not only turn them into the most amazing engagement session but also completely exceed all of our expectations. These two will make you feel like they have been your friends forever, you will be able to relax and trust them to do what they do best. We have received such wonderful feedback on the pictures and we have some tough critics. People in our lives tried to point us in the direction of a hundred different photographers and after seeing our engagement pictures came back to say you picked the BEST photographers”. My husband and I are SO pleased that we chose Love Shutter for our wedding photographers! We vetted A LOT of photographers. As you probably know, if you are searching in Charlotte, there are so many options! After searching for several months, Ron and Briana finally made us feel comfortable. I would say that they went out of their way to make us feel like we were hanging out with long time friends but, it seemed so natural for them. As far as I’m concerned, there are two things a wedding vendor should do 1. make you comfortable/not stress you out and 2. whatever it is that they were hired to do, They absolutely delivered on both. We got wonderful pics of all of our favorite moments of the wedding day. The day went sooo fast and thanks to them, we have fantastic permanent memories. They were amazingly flexible with us from the day we booked them even now as we are still picking out prints. They also did a great job keeping us on schedule when it would have been easy to let the schedule be a runaway train. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to have FUN taking pictures. I was very nervous about how I would look – I tend to be an awkward picture taker and my husband is a total natural. But, they made me feel like a model and that gave me the confidence to look like one. You won’t be sorry if you choose Love Shutter!

We met Ron and Briana at a small business connection meeting and we automatically knew we wanted to use them for our engagement and wedding photo. They are so easy to work with, as well as fun! We had a blast on our engagement shoot and on our wedding day. The photos turned out beautiful. Simply the BEST I’ve ever worked with and would recommend them 100 times over!!

My husband and I learned of Love Shutter photography at a Bridal expo last spring. When we got home with our bags and bags of brochures and pamphlets the one that we remembered meeting and that stuck out in our heads were Ron and Briana with Love shutter. Right from the moment we sat down with them at our first appointment we knew we had made the right decision. Planning a wedding is stressful enough but having photographers that cared and made things as simple as they did really helped. Our wedding was far from traditional and they did amazing. We weren’t even 100% sure of what would exactly happen during the day but they did a great job just rolling with it. The 14+ CRAZY hours they spent with us were incredible and the pictures from the end of the night are just as amazing as the pictures from the beginning of the night. By the time the day was over it almost felt as if they were part of the family as well. I can’t tell you how many people I have had come up to me since then mentioning how incredible our pictures are or how incredibly fun and friendly our photographers were. We had second guesses about other vendors and other things that happened that day but knowing we had 100% faith in our photographers and really feeling like they cared made all the difference. We are excited about using Love Shutter for the next big milestones we come to in our lives as well : )

My husband and I had a destination wedding and hired Love Shutter Photography to do our wedding and were blown away with our results. We only had the internet to search for our photographer and were nervous about how it would end up, but the pictures are phenomenal, we were so impressed! Not only are they amazingly talented, but they are so enjoyable to work with. The first time you meet them you’ll feel like you’ve known them your whole life. Really, no one comes more highly recommended! We enjoyed having them photograph our wedding so much, we went right back to them on our 1 year anniversary to take some more photos!

My daughter’s first prom is coming up and I really wanted some great pictures, but wasn’t looking forward to the ones taken at the prom and I knew my little camera couldn’t possibly do her justice. So I decided to call LoveShutter and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.Briana was our photographer and she did a spectacular job. She was so wonderful to work with. I didn’t know exactly what to expect but she was helpful, patient and fun. The direction she gave my daughter while taking the pictures was fabulous – she felt like a model. Her attention to detail was remarkable and it shows in the pictures. She had such creative ideas and went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied! I would highly recommend LoveShutter Photography! Their quality and expertise surpassed my expectations (not to mention it was lots of fun). Thanks Briana, I know you’ll see us again!

My photo shoot was really amazing, I never expected that I would actually enjoy taking pictures. I found myself wishing that it wasn’t over and that’s saying a lot, considering how much I was dreading it at first. I’m still not sure if I really like having my picture taken, but Love Shutter certainly took my mind off of it.

In my photo shoot experience, Love Shutter was absolutely phenomenal. The care-free atmosphere was something easy and even fun to take pictures in. While I’m not a model, Ron definitely made me feel like one! My senior year has just begun and I’m so happy knowing I will forever be able to capture the fun and memorable year that this will be. Thank you so much Love Shutter! You guys have truly made my senior pictures something extremely special. I have recommended Love Shutter Photography to all of my friends and family, and would definitely encourage anyone else to schedule a date with them!

When I was planning my wedding, finding a photographer was the hardest part. I looked online at all of these expensive sites and then realized that I would have no personal connection with the photographer. With Love Shutter photographing the day, I was at ease. I trusted them to do a good job, but I had no idea of what to expect from the pictures. I just knew they would be good, and I was comfortable. When I got the pictures back, I was floored. They were, in my opinion, the most beautiful wedding pictures I had ever seen! What amazed me were the pictures I did not know they took. Briana and Ron took pictures of the little things that help make weddings look beautiful. I was completely blown away. As for the process itself, it was so smooth. I never felt uncomfortable. The pictures were more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. Thanks to Love Shutter, I can hang on to the memories of the best day of my life!

My wedding was the largest event I have ever planned, so when it came to choosing a photographer, I wasn’t playing around. The professionals at Love Shutter captured each special moment from the placing of the rings, to the first kiss, to the cake cutting (you’d never know by the pictures, but the cake looked like it was about to topple over because the icing was starting to melt!). One of my favorite photos happened moments after the ceremony, when my husband and I were alone for the first time (or so we thought) with the realization that, “Yes, we did it! We’re finally married!” It was such a tender moment and whenever I look at that picture I remember exactly how I felt, loved and cherished. It’s more than you can ask from a photographer, but with Love Shutter, they do just that, capture your feelings with photographs.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I was excited when I first saw Love Shutter’s style in their portfolio, and the photos they did for my wedding exceeded all expectations. The photos turned out gorgeous, and the whole experience of working with them was fun too! They captured everything from the big, important moments to the smallest details. Love Shutter is my number one recommendation for photography in the Charlotte area, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I had headshots done to be used for publicity when I play recitals or do guest teaching, and I also plan to use them on my blog (bennettstenets.blogspot.com), Facebook, etc. Love Shutter was very easy to work with. I only felt a little awkward because I’m not a model! They had great ideas, and was also open to my suggestions. I like the photographs very much! They are probably the best individual photos I’ve ever had done. The reactions from friends and family have all been very positive. The photos are very professional in quality.

I had my headshots done because I needed them for an audition that weekend and to just get a more current headshot. I had a lot of fun! I like that we were talking and laughing through them, it broke up the stress and made it feel more natural. I really liked the photographs. I thought they were very professional and I’ve used them at several auditions so far!

I had headshots taken because I was in need of new ones. I am a Theatre-Acting major and we are required to have professional headshots. The photo shoot was a very enjoyable experience. As soon as I received my headshots I loved them. They were wonderful and very professional.

I had a headshot session in the Music Recital Hall at WCU. I had the photo taken for publicity reasons that include websites and posters, and programs. I felt perfectly comfortable during the session and I loved the photos! The headshots are exactly what I needed and I will likely use the “artistic” trumpet shots for websites as well. These are the best quality photos I have ever had taken! Definitely professional quality. Thanks again.

I came to Love Shutter and was referred to by Tina Henderson. I needed head-shots just to have on record and I was planning to do an audition in the B.F.A Acting program. The shoot was very enjoyable. They were very clear about what looked good and what would be wise to do with my angles. I felt like I was learning something about photography and felt beautiful at the same time. Briana and Ron are a fantastic photgraphers and a lot of fun to work with. It wasn’t hard to smile for the camera when you were being supportive and sweet. And I was absolutely stunned by how beautifully they turned out. I had never seen myself look so pretty through a photo before! I absolutely LOVE them and I intend to use them for future requirements in the theater business. They looked extremely professional and they weren’t too touched up. I loved the natural enhancements and I loved the lighting. They were superb! Thanks again!!!
